Welcome to bdomainal, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by Domain. Our services are intended for users located in Slovakia (SK) and are governed by the laws of Slovakia. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our services.

You agree to notify bdomainal immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. bdomainal will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process is found to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete.

By creating an account, you grant bdomainal the right to send you communications regarding your account and our services, including promotional materials. You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users of bdomainal are expected to use the services in a manner that is respectful and compliant with all applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services without the prior written consent of Domain. Any unauthorized use of the content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Domain. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the services or accessing the content.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise contribute content to bdomainal ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant bdomainal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. bdomainal is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.

bdomainal reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion. You are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content and the consequences of submitting it.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of bdomainal may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in the currency specified at the time of purchase.

Fees may be subject to change, and we will provide notice of any changes prior to the next billing cycle. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services.

In the event of a dispute regarding any charges, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the charge. Failure to do so will result in your waiver of any claims related to the disputed charge.

8. Service Modifications

bdomainal reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but we are not obligated to do so. You agree that bdomainal will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the services immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdomainal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall bdomainal's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, bdomainal's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at department@domain. bdomainal may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to the termination date.
